Oxygen Edge Warranty

Oxygenation Systems of Texas warrants OE diffusers 30 days, OE oxygen regulators 1 year, Generic oxygen regulators 30 days, refilling adapters 1 year and high-pressure oxygen cylinders 90 days from date of sale against any and all factory defects. Any failure resulting from defective parts or faulty workmanship as determined during evaluation by Oxygenation Systems of Texas and the manufacturer may be repaired or replaced when covered under this warranty. Damage and destruction caused by Galvanic Corrosion is not covered under this warranty.

Oxygenation Systems of Texas’ obligation under the warranty is conditional upon:

The equipment being installed, consistently used and maintained in accordance with Oxygenation Systems of Texas written instructions, federal and state regulations, specifications and safeguards.

The defect(s) not being the result of misuse, neglect, accident or improper application, galvanic corrosion nor of any user attempts at modification or repair.

Damage and equipment failure caused by Galvanic Corrosion is not covered under this warrant, expressed or implied.

The purchaser shall notify Oxygenation Systems of Texas any defect within 7 days of its occurrence. Oxygenation Systems of Texas may request that the equipment in question be returned to Oxygenation Systems of Texas’ physical location (131 Kinser Road, Anahuac, TX at the purchaser’s cost within two weeks of notification for warranty evaluation. Oxygenation systems of Texas requires the buyer to submit  in writing details of the problem and when the problem 1st occurred.

Policy and procedure for returning new unused equipment, Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

The Oxygen Edge™ system or system components may be returned at customer expense provided that the system or system’s components have not been contaminated or used. Used or contaminated equipment will not be restocked, or refunds issued. If you find it necessary to return a new system or system component (s), you must contact our customer service department within (15) fifteen days from the date of sale and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, otherwise, the sale is final.

All returns do require authorization and a RGA number. The product return and RGA number shall be requested by the customer and issued by Oxygenation Systems of Texas upon request. The RGA number must be requested and issued within (15) fifteen days from the date of sale for all new product returns.

The buyer shall submit a dated, complete written description of the product (component) defect and a copy of your sales receipt is required when returning new products for warranty consideration to obtain a RGA number.

Generic Oxygen System, Oxygen Regulator and Component Warranty – The Generic oxygen regulator warranty is 30 days from date of sale.

A 35% restocking fee shall be applied to all new product returns if system or system components have not been used, O2 cylinder not been filled with oxygen, components not defective and authorized by the manufacturer’s warranty policy and return procedures.

The purchaser confirms and certifies acceptance of this warranty as set out upon final sale. The warranty becomes effective on date of sale.
